Cal Poly Pomona - RISE Summer program

Cal Poly Pomona is hosting RISE (Residential Intensive Summer Education Program) this summer. The RISE program strives to increase University access for underrepresented students. 

  • Rising Seniors are students participating in the program who are currently high school juniors entering their senior year. During the program, students will stay in residential suites, participate in skill building activities, as well as be exposed to academic, social, cultural opportunities available on campus. Dates: JULY 16 - 19, 2017
  • First-time Freshman: The RISE program will be the initial stepping-stone resource for students upon their entrance to the University. First Time Freshmen will be well prepared to enter not just the University environment, but specifically the Cal Poly Pomona community. AUGUST 13 - 16, 2017
