Stress Busters

An overload of stress from school, college pressure, family life and relationships is a common theme students identify at the School-Based Health Center.

Are you experiencing a stress overload? If so, you should consider joining one of our stress groups! The SBHC stress groups meet once a week for 6 weeks. This is a great opportunity to meet other students who may be dealing with similar issues and try to work through your stress overloads!
